But while many of you might be a bit confused as to whether to make use of such software or not, I shall provide some pros and cons that you can use to make your final decision on purchasing the equipment or not.

The greatest advantage of using writing software is that it can prove to be very beneficial in overcoming writer’s block. In fact, if you plan on using a novel writing software, you can easily come up with name of your characters, story outlines as well as sub plots. The best part about using such software is that they can help you overcome any blocks you might come across while writing.

Another great benefit that can be associated with the using of such software is that nearly everything you need is well organized in a manner so that you can easily find whatever you need. Since this was my very first content writing job, I tried my best to create content that all my clients would like. But apparently, it was not enough as all the articles I submitted kept on coming back rejected. While some of the clients I wrote for took the time to explain what was exactly wrong in the content they had received, others did not even bother to respond, simply saying that the content they had received was horribly written. I used to feel so bad. Considering the fact that I used to put in a lot of effort, only to find out that what I had written was bad, sucked.

So what did I do? I GOT OVER IT! Luckily for me, I am quite a determined person, in fact my friends say that I am very stubborn, and I think this is something good. I looked around me, I never had some dead en job that I did not like, I was doing something through which I could express myself- writing. I did not have to depend on others and I was damn sure I was not going to quit. In fact, I bet you guys do not realize this, but I had to go for 15 job interviews before I actually got hired by someone. So, there was no way I was going to throw it out the window simply on account of the fact that someone thought I sucked. I had been speaking English for my entire life and now someone was saying that what I wrote was bad. Is it really a big deal as to what others think?

I read once on the internet that Elvis started off his career as a truck driver. This is the same guy who I am sure has influenced everyone reading this article. C’mon how many others have been able to overcome rejection. So what if some client of mine thinks I am not that good. I know what I am, and what I am capable of. Rejection is a way of life, but ain’t anything gonna stop me from being all I can be.

Let me start off by asking you a question. Is confidence an asset or one’s downfall? Do we need to have it, or is it something that we can take for granted.  I have a very difficult task to do right now, I am going to try and convince you that by the end of this article you will realize just how very important confidence is when writing articles.

Do you remember the first time you decided to make use of the net as a means of earning money through online writing? Have you ever wondered what would happen if someone did not like your articles, I know I did. And yes, there were times when people really said bad things about the manner in which I write. But, if it was not for the fact that I had confidence (some might call it a thick skull) , I would have put down my pen and paper, or keyboard and mouse and given it all up. I knew that I had the ability of writing well, but yet, the mere fact that so many clients said negative things about my writings, did take its toll on my confidence. She might have rejected you, she might not have; but at least you did something that others might have been thinking of doing, but never had the courage to do.

That is what I am talking about. You might have a topic to write about that you know absolutely nothing about, but this cannot stop you. Having the right amount of confidence in your ability is what can separate you from the rest. It is obvious that there will be times when you are going to have to face rejection and criticism. You need to learn to deal with this and move on.

Remember that the most important thing in life is confidence as this is what will determine just how far you can go.

Did I mange to convince you?

So, let me ask you a question. When was the last time you wrote something really good. I mean something you know people will be able to benefit from and you can make a profit from. Exactly! When you are trying to make money through content writing online, you have to remember that it is important to be able to actually create stories that will enthrall your users.

It is quite obvious that at some point in your writing career, you will start suffering from writer’s block. That is why it is very important that you can write directly from the heart. The moment you start writing directly from the heart, you will realize your blocks of not being able to write creatively automatically start to disappear. You will begin to realize that you are able to write not because you have to, but more because you want to. In other words, you can write about something that you really care.

Try to write about something that you would want to read. In other words, do not simply create stories that you want others to reads, but try to incorporate certain elements such as a particular conflict between characters within the scene. Make it real, something that others would want to learn about. Make use of soft music in the background as I have always found this to work when writing about something. Mind you, the music should be soft and not some hard Metallica song. Activities such as a walk in the park, attending an orchestra playing or even dancing can serve as enlightenment as there might be something in such scenarios that inspire you.

If you find that you are stuck in a rut, try to go and clear out your head. This can be done by taking a simple walk in the park. The more you are at ease when writing, the better would your ideas flow. Remember how I talked about making sure that you have the right music to suit your needs? Soothing music that you like can go a long way in helping to limber up the muscles for writing, while at the same time also easing the mind.

Try to choose your characters and step into their shoes. To reall be able to write creative stories, make sure that you are able to step into a particular characters shoes and then write from that point of view. Do you identify any type of conflict within the characters? What is the atmosphere like, is he friends with everyone, is he moody, is he influenced easily by others? Such small details are what determine how the story will be perceived by the general audience.

As a writer, I have been confronted many times as to how to effectively manage my time writing. In the past, I used to make many excuses when writing such as I did not have the time to go ahead writing it. As it turns out, I am not alone. I know of quite a few moms that have to manage the house, manage their careers and at the same time, also look after the children. They complain that there is absolutely no time left to get into writing. So, is what such moms are doing worthwhile or is it just an excuse? Well,

I can personally tell you that it is an excuse as I have been able to write even while being straddled with work. If you feel that you really do not have all the required time on your hands to write, then you need to cut off your workload and give yourself some slack. I remember in February when I was filled with many orders and never had the time to go about all of them. What did I do? Simple, I cut down my work load and had to reject around 25% of the offers I got. Off course it was good money that I was rejecting, but then again, money isn’t everything. The moment you realize this, you are already on your way to doing well in writing.

It does not matter whether you are a 20 year old girl in a relationship or a middle aged man, you need to take time off and RELAX!! Cut down what you do. Another alternative I normally use is to make use of voice recognition software as these tend to be very beneficial in speed typing (although the amount of accuracy is quite poor).

Try and adjust different priorities to your tasks. For instance, start with writing only after you have prepared the food and put the kids to sleep. Allocate a fixed amount of hours for content writing each day, say 2 and half hours. Try to finish all your work within this stipulated time frame so that you can have the rest of the day free for yourself.

If you still cannot find the time to write, it is time to start delegating.  Try to get others around the house to help you in household chores. While you might not want others to help you, remember that it is nearly impossible for  one to do everything all by themselves. I learnt this the hard way.

So by now you already know that you need to be able to create alluring content in order to be able to grab one’s attention.  You can probably go ahead and read as many books as possible or even opt for various creative writing courses to gather all the necessary information needed, but even this might not be enough. We have put together a small set of rules that you need to obey when going ahead in the world of creative writing.

The first most important point that you have to bear in mind is that you should always exercise your mind as well as fingers through English creative writing. It takes time for actual thoughts to flow through and as such, it is important to make sure that you have the right flow of thoughts constantly.  Do not at all be surprised if you find that you are dealing with writer’s block just as you are about to start writing. This is one of the most common facts that even the most experienced writers have at some point or the other in their life faced.

Instead of opting for online creative writing courses or other creative writing courses, carry a notebook around with you. This is important as the human mind usually works when it is calm. Just imagine, you are taking a stroll in a park and suddenly a thought strikes you, but you decide to start writing about it once you reach home. And what happens when you reach home? You forget what it is you were supposed to write about. So remember to always carry a small notebook around with you to improve your English creative writing wherever you go, irrespective of whether it is to the supermarket or your girlfriend’s house. You will be surprised to find how much a small situation in a mall or in the bus can get your creative juices flowing.

Remember that what might suit one writer, might not suit you.  So always be sure that you start writing at the time when you feel most comfortable. Most writers prefer to start writing late at night and finish in the wee hours of the morning, but this might not suit your style. If you feel you can concentrate more on your English creative writing during the evenings, get out your pen and paper then.

Multiple papers are the essence of what is required as many writers often have to revise and revise their work constantly.  Do not be too concerned that you are unable to get it right the very first time. Chances are that you would have to revise your work constantly. Keep reading your work constantly and make changes wherever you see fit. In fact, even if you register yourself for any creative writing courses, revision would be an essential part of the work.

Finally write the way you want to write. There might be many fellow writers that give you “advice” about what you should do and what you should not do. This is just advice they would have found useful and might in no way work wonders for you. You have to write in a way that you feel comfortable and should have fun doing it. This is the best way in which you can be sure that creative writing ideas flow as quickly as possible through your writing.
