There is an old adage that the early bird catches the worm, which is particularly true for those who set out early for Christmas shopping, long before the official season actually kicks in. most people however are laid back average shoppers who wait for the season to actually settle in. it might be so that they are unable to make time out from their busy schedules before that or are not able to get a day?s holiday from work any time before Thanksgiving. Moreover, late Christmas shoppers should also be prepared to carry out self service in the stores and not get any substantial help from the sales personnel because with the mammoth volume of shoppers during the peak season, it is impossible for retailers to acquire adequate number of staffs to offer expert opinion or for that matter, even help the hordes of Christmas shoppers.
Despite so many factors against the practice of last minute shopping, there are a few strategic solutions to the problems of the perpetually late Christmas shopper.
